UK Deliveries
  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available at checkout)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order in real time.
International Deliveries
  • We currently ship to selected destinations outside the UK.
  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Packaging & Product Care
  • All food items are carefully sealed to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Fragile items, like glass containers (e.g., palm oil bottles), are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • We aim to minimise plastic use by combining eco-friendly and protective packaging where possible.
Order Tracking
  • Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery fees, which will be shown at checkout.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card or notification for redelivery options.
  • Please follow the courier instructions promptly to avoid returns or delays.
